Ivy Nabors

Ivy Nabors, originally from the eastern shore of Delaware, joined The Cliffs in 2007. Ivy started her real estate journey in 1997 after 9 years in banking and investments that began in Greenville and took her to Atlanta, Georgia, followed by Killeen, Texas. Coming full circle, she and her husband designed and built their home on Lake Hartwell in 2000 after he retired as a Colonel from the Army. Her passion is sharing what she loves about being surrounded by this area’s beautiful lakes, mountains, and as she puts it, “I was born to be in the South.”

Vince Roser

Broker-in-Charge, Greenville, SC Office

Vince Roser joined The Cliffs’ real estate team in 2004, bringing with him decades of experience in sales and management in the health care, financial services and luxury real estate industries. Vince holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University and received his MBA from Jacksonville University. During his twelve years at The Cliffs, Vince has demonstrated his sales expertise time and time again, having been recognized as the leader in community, region- and company-wide sales on multiple occasions. Vince’s passion for The Cliffs extends beyond his profession, too — Vince and his wife JoAnn live at The Cliffs at Glassy. 

Dotti Smith

Broker-in-Charge, Asheville, NC Office

Dotti Smith, Broker-in-Charge of The Cliffs at Walnut Cove, is a native of Beaufort, NC. She has 37 years of experience in Development Real Estate and is licensed in both North and South Carolina. Her career with The Cliffs began in 1994 as a sales manager and trainer and over the years, she has worked in four of The Cliffs' seven communities and has an expansive knowledge of the properties and their values. She has had a long successful career with The Cliffs and was recognized as sales person of the year for 12 of those years. She feels her real success was in helping people find what they considered was their next adventure in their life story. It’s about people, their needs  and what matters to them individually.
