The Community

Available in either The Cove or The Treehouse, The Crest is a three-leveled home offering the most flexible design. With a flex-space option, homebuyers can choose between a third bedroom or a fourth bathroom for their home. The home also comes with a bunk loft, multiple porches, and outdoor storage area.

The Cascade

Found exclusively in The Treehouse neighborhood, The Cascade is the third floor plan option available at Waterscape. Here, homeowners enter the property from an entry bridge that leads directly to the entry screened-in porch –– evoking the feel of a treehouse. Comprised of three levels, the home offers an open design in the main level area with a spacious kitchen and living area and one of the three bathrooms.
