As Jack Weber, Director of Development, explains, the vision behind the Pavilion was centered on versatility and family-friendly design, “The new Sports Pavilion will provide a variety of opportunities for The Cliffs community. The biggest part of the amenity is the pool. This pool is very large, and we have included a separate splash pad and playground area for younger children. The combined pool area is about 7,000 square feet. The pool will have food services and outdoor covered dining available. There are also two cabana areas for those who want to avoid the direct sun.”
