4. Can I build a custom home at The Cliffs? 

Yes, the option to build a custom home at The Cliffs is available to those who wish to bring their visions to life. To help you work with some of the region’s most experienced and successful builders, we have created our Preferred Builders program. This program allows you to select from a directory of vetted builders who offer the highest quality luxury homes.

5. When I purchase a home, do I become a member of the club?

No, purchasing a home does not automatically make you a member, but rather this investment opens the door to our exciting membership opportunities at The Cliffs.  

6. How do I become a member at The Cliffs?

To become a member at The Cliffs, you must first purchase a property that has a membership attached to it within one of our seven communities. After closing on your home, you will be given the opportunity to become a club member and choose between our two levels of membership. 

7. What does club membership include?

At The Cliffs, we offer two levels of membership –– the Golf Membership and the Active Membership –– both make living in the mountains an even more enjoyable experience. The Golf Membership is ideal for avid golfers who are looking to spend the majority of their time out on the green playing a round with their friends. With unlimited access to all seven courses, practice facilities, golf shops, and clubhouses, it is easy to sharpen your skills and take your game to the next level. 

In addition to the golf amenities, this level also offers complete access to all club amenities including tennis courts, clubhouses, dining, the Beach Club, and marina facilities, as well as full access to outdoor activity areas, including hiking and walking trails, an equestrian center, private parks, and pavilions. Those property owners who do purchase the full Golf Membership will have the opportunity to pass the membership down to their children or grandchildren –– making it a gift for generations to come.

For those who are simply interested in taking advantage of the health and wellness amenities at The Cliffs, our Active Membership is the best choice. While still providing limited access to our golf facilities, active members can access all other club amenities previously mentioned.
