Calling all health, wellness and outdoor enthusiasts! It is with great pleasure and excitement that we welcome Anna Claire Richardson as the incoming leader of The Cliffs Exploration Series.
A graduate of Clemson University’s Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management program, Anna Claire brings a background in community recreation, sport and camp management to The Cliffs. She previously served as The Cliffs Lake Sports Intern under the leadership of former Exploration Series Specialists, Derrick and Bekah Quirin, who are setting off this spring to pursue their lifelong dream of hiking the entire 2,180-mile Appalachian Trail from Georgia to Maine, accompanied by their 12 month-old daughter!
The Cliffs Exploration Series is a program that enables members of The Cliffs to discover our area’s beautiful and exhilarating natural surroundings. In addition to our current Exploration Series events, including hikes at the many state parks, national forests and more nearby, kayak tours and paddle-boarding excursions on stunning Lake Keowee, Anna Claire is bringing to The Cliffs creative programming additions such as Yoga on the Beach and Paddleboard Pilates.
