3 Benefits of Golf Course Homes at The Cliffs

1. Views of Breathtaking Beauty

There is nothing like the sight of green fairways sweeping across the landscape, but not every golf course is of the same quality. Poor design coupled with less-than-satisfactory service and lackluster maintenance can make or break a golf course.

Golf courses at The Cliffs are designed in such a way that they maintain the natural surroundings while offering a one-of-a-kind experience. In each golf course community, you’ll find massive trees and lush vegetation that are complemented by scenic views of mountains or lakes, depending on the community.

2. Amenities to Improve Your Game

It is understandable why a community of this caliber draws top-tier home buyers, simply because it offers so much more than golf. The additional amenities that enhance your golfing experience are what distinguish our courses from the others on your bucket list.

You can even learn how to improve your swing and putting skills by meeting with their golf instructors and exercise physiologist. On top of that, a golf professional is also on hand at each location to offer one-on-one instruction to members. Our instructors can show you how to strengthen your swing, lower your score, and anything else you may need help with.

3. It Pays to Be a Member

If one course isn’t enough, you’re able to use all seven golf courses at your leisure as a member. Without a doubt, the best way to maximize your golf course living experience is by signing up for a club membership. Members at The Cliffs can choose from two different memberships, golf and active

The golf membership provides you with access to all of the amenities that are available across all of The Cliffs properties, aside from the option to play at all seven venues. Play golf on a modern riverside course at The Cliffs at Mountain Park, stroll Jack Nicklaus’ signature course at The Cliffs at Keowee Falls or Walnut Cove, or putt on The Cliffs at Glassy’s famous 13th hole — the choice is yours.

Furthermore, you can also take advantage of the unique features of each golf course community, such as playing in the water at Lake Keowee, riding horses at The Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards, or having a drink at The Tavern at The Cliffs at Walnut Cove. Here, the fun never ends.
