The Mountain Park Oyster Roast took place behind The Cabin at The Cliffs at Mountain Park, overlooking the 18th fairway and green of the masterfully designed Gary Player Signature golf course. This annual event is a Mountain Park favorite, and the cool autumn weather this year did not disappoint. The culinary team provided a mouth-watering array of seasonal fall favorites like fire-roasted chicken and blackened salmon accompanied with old-fashioned cornbread, garlic crispy smashed potatoes, and delectable desserts. The main attractions were the raw and roasted oysters, all shucked to perfection and savored by the members.
