Real estate sales by Walnut Cove Realty and Cliffs Realty totaled $24 million in the first quarter of 2019, up nearly 30 percent from the same period last year. In the Asheville Region, The Cliffs at Walnut Cove saw a 175 percent increase in sales volume over the same period last year.

Under new ownership as of February, The Cliffs logged a nearly 30 percent increase of Q1 sales over last year’s numbers and also broke ground on The Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards Lakehouse.

The Cliffs encompasses over 14,000 acres of waterfront, wooded, and valley landscapes to swim, hike, bike, and explore.
