Private Marina

Our full-service marina offers a place for members to dock and fuel their boats for a day of fun on the water. Additionally, picnic pontoons, speed boats, and jet skis are available for rent, allowing you to make the most of your relaxing afternoon on the lake.   

The Beach Club

The Beach Club is the perfect spot for the kids to make a splash on the waterslides and pools all day long. Nearby, our Surf Shop, located right on the beach, is ideal for activities like paddleboarding and kayaking.

At The Cliffs, we have three communities located on the shores of Lake Keowee, each offering its residents a unique experience. Each one is just a short boat ride away, making it easy to stay connected. 

The Cliffs at Keowee Falls

With miles of secluded beaches and waterfalls to explore within its gates, The Cliffs at Keowee Falls is a private natural sanctuary for those who call it home. Find your sense of adventure with its 2,500 acres of lush forest and 10 miles of nature trails, perfect for hiking and exploring.

Golf 

The Golf Course at Keowee Falls was designed around Falls Creek, with seven of its holes 

woven through its winding waters. This award-winning Jack Nicklaus Signature course provides a delightful challenge for players of all levels, and more importantly, stunning views no matter what hole you’re teeing off on. 

Activities

Known as the gem of the community, the Wellness Center offers several amenities for Club Members. With four lighted Har-Tru clay tennis courts, players can be out on the courts at all hours of the day. Soon, there will also be pickleball courts for even more racquet-sport fun. This luxurious Wellness Center even has a resort-style heated pool and a spa where Club Members can go to recover after a day full of activities. 

North Point at The Cliffs at Keowee Falls 

Be one of the first to discover the newest addition to The Cliffs: North Point at The Cliffs at Keowee Falls.

 This new area in the community will include 17 home and homesite packages, either on the water’s edge or tucked in the forest.

The Cliffs at Keowee Springs

This next community is located just twenty minutes outside of Clemson. One of the biggest draws of Keowee Springs is its family-centric atmosphere. Home to the Keowee Springs Beach Club, Members can enjoy kid-friendly water activities such as kayaking and paddleboarding together as a family. 

Golf 

The Golf Course at Keowee Springs was also designed for the entire family to play together without having to commit to all 18 holes. With three loops of six holes, as well as a set of family tees, this course offers flexibility for players of all ages. 

Activities

If you want to live right on the water and have your boat nearby, Dockside at Keowee Springs offers its residents access to docks right in their own backyards. This part of the community is located in a quiet cove and makes it easy to live an active lakeside lifestyle. 

Recently, The Cliffs expanded the Keowee Springs community. The exclusive addition is known as The Landing at Keowee Springs. With more than 600 acres of land, The Landing at Keowee Springs has allowed for the creation of even more spectacular homesites along the water.

The Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards

The Keowee Vineyards offers its Members exclusive amenities you won’t find anywhere else. With a perfect blend of mountain views and lake-side living, this community is sure to take your breath away.

The Golf Course at Keowee Vineyards is also top of its class. Designer Tom Fazio, also known as the greatest living golf architect, created this masterpiece with eight holes overlooking Lake Keowee. As you make your way through the course, there are a variety of picturesque views throughout.

Equestrian Center 

One of the unique luxuries of this community is the Equestrian Center at Keowee Vineyards. This sophisticated riding center offers training and riding rings as well as stables, and 200 miles of riding trails in the Jocassee Gorges Wilderness Area. Children and adults alike can learn about horsemanship directly from trained experts, including lessons surrounding horse behavior and how to care for them. 

Activities

Being on Lake Keowee, you have many activities to help keep you active. Go for a swim in the lake, take your boat out on the water, or go hiking on the trails around the lake. This community also has a Wellness Center with an outdoor pool and lighted tennis courts, where players can stay on the court into the evening hours. 

There is also a Lakehouse that is set to open in May 2020. It is designed to blend in with the natural surroundings and provide the ultimate outdoor retreat space. This space will be perfect for members to host private social events and weddings, while still connecting with the outdoors.
