Chef-Led Cooking Classes
In our chef-led cooking classes, we take our members beyond the meal and provide them with the tools to cook unique dishes in their own homes. Learn cooking techniques such as sous vide and take your cooking to the next level.
A Wine Consortium
For wine lovers, our Wine Consortium and our team of 8 sommeliers provide expertise and an unparalleled experience. This program lets you purchase unique wines at exclusive prices while learning more about the market. If you’re having trouble picking a wine to buy, utilize one of our certified Sommeliers for some expert decision-making.

Additional Culinary Offerings and Events
Oyster Fest
This annual event held at The Cliffs at Mountain Park is truly a crowd favorite. Diners sample oysters on the Half Shell with a variety of sauces. Oysters aren’t the only item on the menu, as guests enjoy dishes such as the Charleston Chicken Bog or a delightful Smoked Pork Loin.
Food & Wine Festival
This past March, The Cliffs at Keowee Falls hosted its inaugural Food and Wine Festival. As guests arrived, they were greeted by five different food stations, each with its own chef. Members of all palate types were treated as the dishes ranged from succulent seafood to savory meats. Each station was paired with three carefully selected wine pairings, making this event a culinary lovers’ dream.
Champagne Dinner
Members at The Cliffs at Mountain Park enjoy the Champagne Dinner, a four-course dinner with champagne pairings. At the last event, diners enjoyed imported caviar, seared Dover sole, Provimi veal roulade, and pink grapefruit chiffon cake. With these foods, diners indulged in champagne pairings of Dom Perignon 2012, Ruinart Blanc de Blanc Non-Vintage, Veuve Clicquot Rose 2012, and Moet & Chandon Nectar Imperial Blanc.
The Cliffs Food Truck
The newest addition to the culinary experience offered in our communities is The Cliffs Food Truck. Our culinary team carefully designed and crafted this fully loaded food truck to be a multi-faceted machine offering our customers a wide range of culinary delights. Whether it’s smash burgers or Greek gyros, this food truck serves it all. The truck travels the circuit to all seven of our communities so members everywhere can enjoy what it offers.
Farmers Market
The Lakehouse at Keowee Vineyards transforms into a classic Farmers Market experience for an afternoon. This event treats members to an afternoon of shopping from local food vendors and artisan boutiques. Members also enjoyed food provided by Chef Francis and a selection of craft beer and wine.
Restaurants at The Cliffs
Our properties have an abundance of fantastic restaurants that members have access to. At Walnut Cove, we have The Tavern, which serves up farm-fresh meals in a European-styled dining room. Our Mountain Park Community has The Cabin, which was recently renovated to expand the interior and exterior dining areas while still maintaining its rustic feel.
Simmer ‘71 at the Lakehouse on our Keowee Vineyards property is the newest addition to our restaurant group and is genuinely a BBQ lover’s paradise. Here, you’ll dine on barbecue eats that expertly blend sweet and spicy flavors into a mouth-watering meal. Our Glassy, Valley, Keowee Falls, and Keowee Springs communities all have The Clubhouse as their main dining area, which, if you ask our members, are staples in the local communities.
